The movements we do are progressively leading us to something similar to an L-sit. Although we do not aim to do a pure L-sit, the progressions will make such a movement much more easier. We’ll learn that teaching our nervous system to do complex tasks doesn’t always involve using tension but rather having a coherent mind-body map in which we use our whole skeleton to do a movement.
