External Hip Rotaror or abductor release.
DO NOT force, and don’t do a large movement or stretch, this lesson si meant as a small movement to feel the differences and release your abductors
It’s indicated to do this lesson after the Internal Adductor Hip Release , there is no body scan so when you get on the ground do a 3 minute body scan of your hip area or do the standing body scan.
