We’ll be arching and flattening our lower back and relearning these basic movements in a slow controlled manner. This is a basic movement you can then incorporate into your day and it’s used as a precursor to other lessons.
This simple, elegant and efficient lesson by itself is reported to relieve back pain in many people. Those who practice it daily, also attribute to having improved bowel movement right after the lesson, especially if they do it for more than 10 minutes and include the full body.
